To avoid any doubt, Universalpay agrees and acknowledges that it remains fully liable for any services performed and actions taken by affiliates within the EVO Group. If the information is transferred or processed outside the European Union, UniversalPay also ensures that the recipients of such data have implemented an adequate level of protection.
